Kitten is sold SOLELY as a pet. As such, the buyer agrees to have the kitten spayed or neutered between the age of six months to eight months, or by ______________________.
If this is disregarded by the buyer, the buyer will pay a $500 damage fee to the breeder. The kitten (cat) and all offspring of this kitten are to be surrendered to the breeder.

Refunds:

If the kitten is found within 72 hours to have a life-threatening health problem, the kitten may be delivered back to the breeder, to the breeder's home town, at the buyer's expense, for a refund of purchase price minus $50 (retained for Feline leukemia testing in order to protect the cats / kittens in the breeder’s home).

The breeder warrants that this kitten is healthy at the time he/she leaves the breeder’s home. If the kitten dies of a genetic defect within 1 year of purchase, the buyer may present a written report from a licensed veterinarian stating the medical condition causing death to receive one of the 2 following options:
1. A refund of half of the purchase price of the kitten; OR
2. Choice of any available KAT's Miaou kitten, when available, at no charge.
If the breeder is no longer breeding cats, the buyer will automatically be offered option #1.

The breeder is not responsible for any veterinary bills incurred by the buyer.

The kitten will not be released from the breeder’s possession until full balance is paid.
